Booking & Payment Terms • Full payment is needed at the time of booking to secure your reservation. • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and may vary based on availability, season, supplier updates, exchange rates, or selected booking option. • Bookings are subject to confirmation and operational availability from the local operator. • Customers will receive confirmation details after successful payment through Uni Fantastico. 🚫 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy • Free cancellation is available more than 48 hours before pickup. • Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable. • No-shows or late arrivals are strictly non-refundable. • Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. • In case of cancellation due to major weather, operational issues, or force majeure, guests may be offered: * Rescheduling, OR * Alternative experience, OR * Refund depending on operator policy. ⚠️ 3. Weather & Safety Disclaimer • This experience operates outdoors in jungle trails, cenotes, and natural environments and may be affected by weather, trail conditions, water conditions, or operational safety decisions. • Trails may be muddy, uneven, slippery, or affected by recent rain. • Activities such as snorkelling, swimming, cliff jumping, zip line, or canoeing may be modified, restricted, or cancelled for safety reasons. • Guests must follow all guide instructions during biking, cenote access, swimming, snorkelling, zip line, canoe, and jungle areas. • No refunds will be issued for partial itinerary changes made for safety, weather, water level, trail condition, or operational reasons. 🌿 4. Environmental & Operational Regulations • Guests must respect all cenote, jungle, trail, community, and environmental regulations. • Biodegradable and eco-friendly insect repellent is recommended. • Guests must not damage rock formations, cenote areas, vegetation, wildlife habitats, bikes, safety equipment, or private property. • Guests must stay on approved trails and follow guide instructions at all times. • Unsafe, disrespectful, or environmentally harmful behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund. 🩺 5. Health & Participation Requirements This activity is not recommended for: • Pregnant travellers • Guests unable to ride a bike comfortably • Guests without basic swimming ability • Guests with serious back, neck, heart, respiratory, or mobility conditions • Guests with medical conditions affected by cycling, swimming, heat, jungle terrain, or outdoor activity Additional participation requirements: • Participants must be comfortable riding a bike for approximately 9 km / 5 miles. • Basic swimming skills are required. • Guests must wear appropriate shoes such as sneakers, sport shoes, or sport sandals. Flip-flops are not recommended. • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. • Guests participate at their own risk. • The operator reserves the right to deny participation to any guest deemed unsafe, unfit, intoxicated, or ineligible without refund. ⚖️ 6. Liability Disclaimer • Uni Fantastico acts solely as a booking intermediary between customers and independent local operators. We are not liable for: • Injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or loss of personal belongings • Delays, cancellations, or operational changes caused by the operator • Bike-related incidents, cenote-related incidents, swimming risks, trail accidents, or equipment misuse • Weather, water, trail, or safety decisions made by the operator • Customer failure to follow safety instructions or activity requirements • All experiences are operated by licensed third-party providers. 🛡️ 7. Insurance & Responsibility • Travel insurance is not included and is highly recommended. • Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate in cycling, swimming, snorkelling, zip line, canoe, and outdoor jungle activities. • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, travel documents, cash, and valuables. • Guests are responsible for following all guide instructions and using equipment properly. • Damage caused by negligence, reckless behaviour, or intentional misuse of bikes, helmets, snorkelling gear, zip line equipment, canoe equipment, or park property may result in additional charges. 🚐 8. Transportation Terms • Transportation is NOT included since this is a bike tour. • Guests must arrive at the confirmed meeting point on time. • The standard meeting point will be the operator’s office on the main avenue of Tulum. • Meeting time will be confirmed after booking via email or Whats App. • Customers who arrive late, go to the wrong location, or fail to respond to communication may be considered no-shows without refund. • Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or operational routing do not qualify for refunds. 💵 9. Additional Costs The following are not included unless specifically stated: • Tips and gratuities • Personal expenses • Extra drinks or snacks outside the included package • Optional purchases • Cash expenses in areas where card payments or ATMs are unavailable • Transportation is not included in this experience Guests are advised to bring cash because some local vendors may not accept card payments and ATMs may not be available in the area. 🚷 10. Conduct Policy • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, local communities, other travellers, and the natural environment. • Unsafe biking, intoxication, refusal to wear safety equipment, or refusal to follow instructions may result in removal from the activity without refund. • Guests must not jump, swim, snorkel, zip line, or canoe in areas not approved by the guide. • Damage caused intentionally to bikes, helmets, equipment, vehicles, natural areas, or property may result in additional charges. 📸 11. Media & Photography • Photos and videos may be taken during the experience for promotional purposes. • By participating, guests grant permission for media usage unless they explicitly opt out before participation. • Personal photography is allowed where permitted by guide instructions and safety conditions. • Waterproof protection is recommended for phones, cameras, and electronic devices. • Uni Fantastico and the operator are not responsible for damaged, lost, or wet devices. 🔐 12.
