Booking & Payment Terms • Full payment is needed at the time of booking to secure your reservation. • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and may vary based on availability, season, supplier updates, exchange rates, or selected pickup zone. • Bookings are subject to confirmation and operational availability from the local operator. • Customers will receive confirmation details after successful payment through Uni Fantastico. • The final pickup time and meeting details will be confirmed after booking via email or WhatsApp. 🚫 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy • Free cancellation is available more than 48 hours before pickup. • Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable. • No-shows, late arrivals, missed pickup, or failure to arrive at the correct meeting point are strictly non-refundable. • Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. • If the tour cannot operate due to major weather, safety, or operational reasons, customers may be offered: - Rescheduling, OR - Alternative experience, OR - Refund depending on operator policy. • No refunds are issued for partial itinerary changes, wildlife not being seen, voluntary withdrawal, unused portions of the tour, or customer failure to follow guide instructions. ⚠️ 3. Environmental & Operational Regulations • Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve is a protected natural area, and guests must respect all environmental regulations. • Guests must not disturb wildlife, damage mangroves, remove natural materials, litter, or enter restricted areas. • Biodegradable sunscreen and eco-friendly products are strongly recommended to help protect the ecosystem. • Guests must follow all instructions provided by guides, boat staff, reserve authorities, and local operators. • Any unsafe, disrespectful, or environmentally harmful behavior may result in removal from the experience without refund. 🩺 5. Insurance & Responsibility • Travel insurance is not included and is highly recommended. • Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate in outdoor eco-tourism and boat-based activities. • Customers are responsible for personal belongings, phones, cameras, cash, travel documents, and valuables. • Guests are responsible for following all environmental, safety, transportation, and guide instructions throughout the experience. 🚐 8. Transportation Terms • Transportation is included only if clearly stated in the booking confirmation. • Standard pickup/drop-off is generally available in Tulum City and Tulum Hotel Zone. Pickup from other Riviera Maya areas may be possible with an additional fee depending on zone. • Pickup time will be confirmed after booking via email or WhatsApp and may vary based on location and operational routing. • Transportation schedules may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather, reserve access, or operational logistics. • Customers who arrive late, miss pickup, provide incorrect location details, or fail to respond to communication may be considered no-shows without refund. • Transportation delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or operational routing do not qualify for refunds. 💵 9.
